Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.
• Strong analytical ability to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond promptly to the daily manufacturing plan, adjusting operations as required.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Drive accountability through people and processes, including difficult conversations if needed.
• Conduct checks and tests and communicate evaluation of results.
• Proactively offer solutions to operational or technical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain productivity and quality in line with standards.
• Establish course of action to accomplish job/projects.
