Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Read a tape measure and communicate with coworkers and management about work and safety issues.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Familiarity with safety instructions and following detailed written or oral guidance.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for manufacturing and prepare stamping dies in presses.
• Perform tooling changes as scheduled and troubleshoot tool and die issues.
• Carry out basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Monitor presses and tooling during production to ensure proper operation.
• Adhere to shift timing; overtime may be required as part of essential duties.
