Job summary

The candidate will identify nonconforming parts, maintain die process sheets, and collaborate with planners and management to prevent issues. A strong safety track record is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Must maintain a strong safety record and follow safety policies.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies and changeovers, ensuring production readiness.
• Inspect and verify dies per customer specs and work orders.
• Troubleshoot forming and progression issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Train others as needed and support die setters as workload allows.
• Communicate with planners, supervisors and management to plan for issues.
