Qualifications
- 15+ years in stamping automation or related manufacturing automation roles.
- Experience supporting manufacturing launch programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficient with 3D CAD review and PFMEA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new automated manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze equipment design for maintainability, uptime, throughput, and installations.
- Write technical specifications for new equipment and repairs.
- Research new automation technologies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate testing and validation during design/build across sites.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and purchase orders; support after-hours emergencies.
