Job summary

You will lead tooling, process, and facility changes for new product launches, drive cost and quality improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Teamcenter, SolidWorks, CATIA, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience.
• 3 years’ experience designing/implementing tooling, process and facilities changes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and production tooling/layout software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Teamcenter).

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling installation, start-up, and commissioning at assembly sites.
• Develop plant layouts and cycle line layouts.
• Drive quality, cost, and labor improvements in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PD, MP&L, MTDC and others.
