Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in metal stamping process engineering.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stamping process development and coordinate with design engineers.
• Conduct stamping feasibility studies and develop optimization processes.
• Provide on-floor support during production builds and troubleshooting.
