Job summary

Atos is seeking a Staging Center Manager to direct daily staging operations, oversee asset receipt, imaging, testing, and deployment readiness. You will lead a team of staging technicians and field engineers, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and timely project delivery.

The role emphasizes process improvement, budget awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to support customer deployments and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Operations preferred.
• 5+ years of IT operations, deployment services, or logistics experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee staging center operations.
• Develop processes for receiving, staging, configuring, testing, and shipping assets.
• Ensure deployment schedules and SLAs are met.
• Lead and coach staging center staff and coordinate workloads.
• Maintain asset inventory accuracy and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and field services.
