Atos is seeking a Staging Center Manager to oversee staging center operations, asset receiving, inventory management, device configuration, and deployment readiness for customer projects.

You will lead a team of staging technicians and field engineers, ensure SLA achievement, quality standards, and compliance, and partner with procurement, project management, field services, logistics, and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years IT operations, deployment services, logistics, or related delivery.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily staging center operations.
• Develop and implement processes for receiving, staging, configuring, testing, shipping, and returning assets.
• Ensure deployment schedules and project deliverables are met on time.
• Monitor performance and resources to meet SLAs.
• Continuously improve operational workflows and efficiencies.
• Lead, coach, and develop staging center personnel.
• Assign workloads and set priorities based on project demands.
• Conduct performance discussions, training, and career development.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, project management, field services, and logistics.
