Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Staging Center Manager to lead operations, asset management, and deployment readiness in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will supervise staging technicians and field engineers, optimize workflows, track inventory, and ensure quality and compliance for customer projects and deployments.

This role collaborates with procurement, project management, logistics, and customer stakeholders to deliver on-time equipment readiness and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Operations or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily staging center operations.
• Develop and implement receiving, staging, configuring, testing, and shipping processes.
• Ensure deployment schedules and project deliverables meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop staging center personnel.
• Manage inventory accuracy and asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and transportation providers.
• Maintain compliance with security and workflow policies.
• Monitor quality metrics and customer satisfaction indicators.
