Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent technical training and experience.
• 1-3 years IT support, asset management, deployment services, or warehouse tech operations.
• Experience configuring and deploying Cisco network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment.
• Install operating systems, software, security tools, and updates.
• Validate hardware/software functionality and perform deployment testing.
