Job summary

As a member of the team, you will handle equipment preparation, repair, and return, ensure quality, and support setup and breakdown for client shows. Demonstrated experience in lighting, video, rigging, or logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in lighting, video, rigging, or logistics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Trade show or technical school training may substitute for experience.
• Strong customer service with ability to self-manage.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and safety practices.
• Understanding of how equipment integrates with shows.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Valid licensing for vehicle operation as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure equipment in warehouse; prepare, repair, and return gear.
• Scan barcodes and enter quantity data accurately.
• Ensure equipment meets quality standards.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Restock equipment per depot standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading of gear.
• Assist in setup, operation, and breakdown of client shows.
