Job summary

Production Resource Group (PRG) is a leading technology provider for the live events industry. The position involves handling and maintaining a wide range of production equipment, coordinating with teams, and supporting client shows from loading to break-down.

Responsibilities include equipment check-in/out, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and lifting up to 50 lbs. This is an on-site role requiring strong customer service and technical aptitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in lighting, video, rigging, or logistics.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
  • Strong customer service and ability to self-manage.
  • Excellent knowledge of equipment operation and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure for orders, check-in and repair equipment in the warehouse.
  • Scan equipment barcodes and enter quantity data accurately.
  • Ensure equipment quality meets company standards.
  • Restock equipment per depot standards.
  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment for client shows.
  • Participate in set-up, operation and break-down of client events.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Provide safe, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
