Job summary

DedCool, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Project Manager in Los Angeles to own the full launch pipeline from ideation through production handoff and in-market launch. You’ll coordinate marketing, formulation, packaging, sourcing, regulatory, and quality to keep launches on time and within cost.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team, enforce stage gates, and maintain one source of truth for project status. The role requires attention to risk, process discipline, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in product development.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent projects with firm timelines.
• Expert in project management tools, especially Asana.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end stage gate process from ideation to launch.
• Escalate decisions with options when trade-offs are needed.
• Maintain launch timelines and single source of truth in project tools.
• Coordinate with marketing, sourcing, regulatory, and quality teams.
• Run weekly cross-functional meetings to review status and risks.
• Manage samples, specs, BOMs, and production handoff.
