Job summary
Dr. Squatch, LLC in Marina Del Rey, CA, seeks a Project Manager (Commercialization Manager) to lead large-scale product launches across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing and Finance.
You will gatekeep the stage gate process, build cross-functional timelines, run weekly meetings, and drive launch communications. A Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years in PM/strategy are required, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with PM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4–7 years in project management, strategy, or product development management.
- Experience with PM systems (Monday, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in health and wellness and/or eCommerce industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, strategic product launches across multiple functions.
- Gatekeep the stage-gate process and develop cross-functional timelines.
- Lead cross-functional weekly meetings and drive launch communications.
- Develop subject matter expertise to partner with teams throughout launches.
- Help scale capabilities, processes, and team within Commercialization.
