Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Project Manager, New Product Development to guide cross‑functional teams from concept through launch within our Stage Gate process. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment to meet business objectives.

The role requires 2+ years in PM/R&D/engineering roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Stage Gate and project planning. Wrike experience and CAPM certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, R&D, or a related role utilizing predictive project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Stage Gate processes, product development lifecycles, risk management, and project planning.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with project management software; Wrike experience is a plus.
• CAPM or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new product development projects simultaneously from problem definition through launch.
• Drive execution of the Stage Gate development process, ensuring milestone achievement and budget compliance.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Codes.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain accountability for deliverables, and provide regular project status updates.
• Prepare phase gate deliverables, support product launches, and conduct post‑launch reviews.
