Job summary

Dr. Squatch in Marina Del Rey, CA, is seeking a Project Manager (Commercialization) to lead large-scale product launches across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, and Financial Operations.

You will gatekeep the stage-gate process, build cross-functional timelines, and drive launch communications to support growth. This role reports to the Associate Director of Commercialization and blends strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–7 years of project management and strategy experience.
Experience with PM tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Interest in health and wellness and/or eCommerce industries.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale product launches across multiple functions (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, Finance).
Gatekeep the stage-gate process and develop cross-functional timelines.
