Job summary

carlislecompanies is seeking a Project Manager for New Product Development to lead cross-functional teams through the Stage Gate process from concept to launch. This role manages scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment to meet business objectives.

You will coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Codes, facilitating meetings and reporting project status to ensure on-time launches and successful product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Stage Gate processes, product development lifecycles, risk management, and project planning.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software; Wrike experience is a plus.
• CAPM or similar project management certification preferred.
