The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) invites applications for a Staffing Coordinator in the Student Services division, working within Advanced Clinical Services to arrange one-on-one staff for students with special needs.

Based at the Educational Services Center in Downingtown, PA, you will supervise staff, process referrals from LEAs, coordinate with staffing agencies, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/FERPA while maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Current child abuse, criminal history, and FBI Fingerprint clearances required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate provision of services meeting individualized client needs with LEAs.
• Coordinate staffing with agencies to meet case staffing needs.
• Oversee online databases and approve daily staff logs; update client enrollment data.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health

Master's degree preferred

Prior supervisory experience preferred
