Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support the Engle Education Center in West Grove, PA. You will facilitate staffing, training, supervision, and documentation for staff delivering services to students with special needs.

This role involves coordinating with LEAs and staffing agencies, reviewing clinical notes, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA/FERPA while maintaining strong communication with districts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience and clearances (child abuse, criminal history, FBI fingerprints) required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the provision of services to meet individualized needs by working with Local Education Agencies.
• Coordinate with school districts and staffing agencies to ensure appropriate staffing for cases.
• Review and approve daily electronic logs, upload required documents, and manage staff accounts.
• Provide orientation, training, and direct supervision to staff; assess performance and development needs.
• Oversee delivery of direct care services per students' IEPs and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Monitor billing and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
