Job summary

MAU is seeking a Staffing Specialist to manage work orders, recruit and screen personnel, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes onboarding, policy administration, and continuous applicant flow while maintaining safe, compliant hiring practices.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years in a professional setting and familiarity with Microsoft Office and ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in a professional business setting
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain applicant flow and recruit through ATS and marketing coordination
• Review work orders and interact with customers regularly
• Prescreen, interview, hire, counsel, and terminate employees as needed
• Orient/on-board new associates to client standards
• Set up pay and bill rates with management approval
• Administer assessments per client requirements
• Receive, process, and analyze work orders from customers
• Maintain candidate pools to ensure quick turnaround for job orders
