Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboarding and placing associates.
• Take inbound orders and enter into the system.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls to find qualified workers.
• Process payroll for associates accurately and timely.
• Respond to administrative and third-party requests.
• Address billing and collections as needed.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance.
• Respond to questions via phone, email, chat, or in person.
