Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to generate orders and place associates.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage associates including I-9 verification and screenings.
• Process payroll accurately and timely for associates.
