Job summary

PeopleReady, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support Territory Managers by handling recruiting, applicant processing, and placement of candidates in client jobs. You’ll manage orders, schedules, payroll for temporary staff, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and multi-tasking across HR and operations functions, with a strong focus on delivering reliable workforce solutions and local market coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is expected.
• Strong people skills and ability to relate to management and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
• Navigate ATS and staffing app JobStack to manage orders and candidates.
• Enter inbound orders from customers into the system.
• Recruit applicants and match them with open positions.
• Process payroll for temporary workers in a timely manner.
• Promote safety and compliance in all daily activities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
