Job summary

PeopleReady, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Staffing Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support the Territory Manager with daily operations, recruiting, onboarding and placing associates, ensuring a great match for assignments and successful orders.

You will provide outstanding customer and associate service, perform payroll processing, respond to inquiries, drive a culture of safety, and use JobStack and other tools to dispatch qualified workers, delivering timely, compliant staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or related field
• Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Take inbound orders from new and existing customers, entering them into the system.
• Perform high-volume outbound phone calls and messaging to find qualified workers for job orders.
• Utilize tools to find the best associate match for open positions and ensure qualification alignment.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to execute action plans to improve branch performance.
• Process payroll for associates timely and accurately, ensuring all time is submitted and approved.
• Respond to administrative and third-party requests, including unemployment claims and workers’ compensation concerns.
