Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking a Staffing Specialist to assist the Territory Manager in daily operations and sales generation in Menomonie, WI. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and placing associates to match job orders and deliver exceptional service to customers and workers.

You will handle payroll, time submissions, and inquiries while maintaining branch organization and safety compliance. This position requires strong communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Prior experience in staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and place associates to ensure great match for assignments.
• Take inbound orders from customers and enter into the system; perform outbound calls to find workers for job orders.
• Process payroll for associates and address payroll/disputed hours; respond to administrative requests and unemployment/worker's comp claims.
