Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. in Upland, CA is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager in daily operations, recruitment, onboarding, and placing associates to meet client needs.

You will generate and fill orders, provide exceptional service to customers and associates, and help drive branch performance while maintaining compliance and safety. This role emphasizes high-volume outreach, strong communication, and the ability to manage payroll and administrative tasks across the staffing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in staffing industry preferred.
• Recruiting or shift lead background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound orders from customers and enter them into the system.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls to find qualified workers for job orders.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to improve branch performance.
• Process payroll and timekeeping for associates accurately and timely.
• Respond to administrative and third-party requests with professionalism.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and associates and build lasting relationships.
