Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and temporary employees.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain client and associate relationships.
• Follow up to ensure employee satisfaction and placements.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking.
• Conduct client service calls and outside sales visits to grow partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns professionally and timely.
• Support branch growth initiatives and revenue goals.
