Consulting RSquared in Pell City, AL is seeking a Sales Representative, Staffing Solutions to grow our presence in the Pell City market and build lasting partnerships with business leaders across industries. You will identify hiring needs and provide customized staffing solutions while managing a robust sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales, excels at prospecting, and can navigate both outside and inside sales environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in staffing or related services.
• Experience in both outside and inside sales environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities via calls, networking, referrals, and meetings.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Conduct outside sales activities, client visits, events, and industry functions.
• Grow and retain client partnerships.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
