Job summary

Levy Sector, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Staffing Scheduling Coordinator to support staffing, scheduling, payroll, and admin operations for Concessions, Premium, Culinary, and Retail teams at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The role reports to the Staffing Manager and requires coordinating schedules, monitoring timekeeping, onboarding support, and ensuring compliance with labor agreements and policies on event and non-event days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar administrative or staffing role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets and Smartsheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and track monthly staff availability for upcoming schedules.
• Prepare, update, and distribute weekly schedules in collaboration with departments.
• Maintain schedules in MyStaff and update as needed.
• Verify payroll accuracy and ensure timesheets are completed before pay period close.
• Monitor staff hours to prevent unauthorized overtime.
• Assist HR with staffing level numbers and onboarding.
