Job summary

Compass Group USA at T-Mobile Arena is seeking a Premium Suites Supervisor to manage suite operations during events, coordinating setup/breakdown and guest services. You will lead runners and servers, ensure food and beverage displays are ready, and oversee inventory and reporting of incidents.

The role requires leadership experience, punctuality, and strong English communication, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays on an event basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Must be punctual, reliable and available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays on event basis.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English in written and oral form.

Responsibilities

• Meets with the directors before the event to go over details.
• Supervises staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
• Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Supervises the runners and servers before, during and after the event.
• Establishes rapport with guests and understands upselling techniques.
• Create, modify and close sales checks in point of sale.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
