The Staffing Scheduling Coordinator supports staffing, scheduling, payroll, and administrative operations for the Concessions, Premium, Culinary, and Retail departments. This role reports directly to the Staffing Manager and works closely with department managers and Human Resources, to ensure proper staffing coverage and compliance for event and non-event days.The Staffing Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating employee schedules, monitoring attendance and timekeeping, supporting hiring and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor agreements, and legal requirements.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event day
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
Ability to move between office, kitchen, warehouse, and event locations
Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, printers, and phones
Ability to work in both office and event-based environments, including exposure to noise, crowds, and varying temperatures
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or staffing role
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets and Smarsheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Reliable, professional, and discreet with confidential information
