Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative or staffing role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and Smartsheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and track monthly staff availability.
• Prepare and update weekly schedules with departments.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and PTO requests.
• Verify payroll accuracy and complete timesheets.
• Assist HR with staffing levels and LOA adjustments.
• Support leadership with administrative needs.
