You will manage employee schedules, coordinate shift coverage, and help identify staffing needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has experience in staff scheduling and recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous staff scheduling experience required.
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the care department's employee schedules.
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts and PTO.
• Support the recruiting process including hiring and onboarding.
• Monitor timekeeping and attendance.
