The Arbor Company is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our Resident Care team by maintaining accurate staff schedules, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring consistent staffing coverage. This on-site role will collaborate with leadership to anticipate needs and fill shifts promptly, contributing to high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, experience in scheduling for healthcare, and the ability to communicate clearly with staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff schedules, preferably with OnShift or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication with team members and leadership.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for scheduling support.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules using scheduling software (OnShift or similar).
• Monitor open shifts and secure coverage proactively.
• Track attendance, call-offs, and staffing trends.
• Support recruiting and onboarding coordination for care team members.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Communicate staffing needs with department leaders and provide after-hours scheduling support.
