Belmont Village Senior Living in Coral Gables is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to schedule Nurses, Med Techs and Caregivers, track attendance, and support the Director of Resident Care Services. You will handle time-off requests, overtime tracking, and daily assignment sheets with a focus on hospitality and resident well-being.

Ideal candidates offer reliability, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced, physically active setting, with strong MS Office skills and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic Excel.
• Clear reading, writing, and math skills; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 24 hour work schedules using On Shift scheduling software.
• Effectively manage staffing schedules to minimize overtime and contract labor.
• Coordinate new hire training and support orientation process.
• Data entry and clerical support related to payroll, time & attendance in Kronos.
• Prioritize hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
