This is more than filling open shifts. You’ll use staff scheduling software such as OnShift, strong critical thinking, and knowledge of employee availability and staffing requirements to build effective schedules, respond strategically to call-offs and changing needs, and minimize unnecessary overtime while maintaining appropriate coverage.

Just as important, you’ll build strong relationships with employees and department leaders. By understanding the needs of both the operation and our team members, you’ll help find staffing solutions that support reliable coverage, employee engagement, and exceptional resident care.

  • Build collaborative relationships with employees and department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, resolve scheduling challenges and communicate schedule changes effectively

  • Coordinate new hire training schedules and assist with the employee orientation and onboarding process

  • Provide administrative support for payroll, time and attendance, department supplies and related workforce records including data entry and use of ADP.

  • Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and customer service in every interaction supporting a positive employee experience and exceptional service to residents.
