Belmont Village Senior Living is opening a Rancho Santa Fe community and seeks an experienced Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to design 24/7 schedules using OnShift. You’ll balance coverage, terminations, and overtime while engaging with department leaders and staff to ensure reliable resident care.
You will coordinate training schedules, support onboarding, and maintain payroll/time records, using ADP and other tools. Strong communication and reliability are essential.
Help build the team behind an exceptional resident care experience at Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe!
Our newly constructed senior living community is preparing for its grand opening, and we’re looking for an experienced Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator who understands the complexities of employee scheduling and workforce planning in a 24/7 environment.
This is more than filling open shifts. You’ll use staff scheduling software such as OnShift, strong critical thinking, and knowledge of employee availability and staffing requirements to build effective schedules, respond strategically to call-offs and changing needs, and minimize unnecessary overtime while maintaining appropriate coverage.
Just as important, you’ll build strong relationships with employees and department leaders. By understanding the needs of both the operation and our team members, you’ll help find staffing solutions that support reliable coverage, employee engagement, and exceptional resident care.
If you have experience managing employee schedules for a healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or other 24/7 workforce and enjoy solving complex scheduling challenges, we’d love to bring your experience to the opening team at Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe.
