Job summary

Heritage Hall is seeking a staffing scheduler to help ensure our residents receive the best quality of care. You will coordinate activities and schedules to support attentive and compassionate care for residents and families.

The role requires the ability to work nights and weekends, follow written and verbal instructions, and leverage prior healthcare experience. A VA driver’s license is preferred for on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in directing individual and group activities preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• A valid VA driver's license.
• Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
