Job summary

Heritage Hall in Blacksburg, VA is seeking a Staffing Scheduler (Finance) to coordinate resident activities and staffing to ensure high-quality care. You will work within a compassionate team to align schedules with patient needs and center operations.

The role requires strong communication, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and availability for nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience directing individual and group activities preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred and VA driver's license may be required.

Staffing Scheduler Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in directing individual and group activities preferred

• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively
