Qualifications

Sales, account management or business development experience within staffing or recruiting is required.
Demonstrated success acquiring clients and expanding accounts.
Understanding of staffing sales process, recruiting lifecycle, service agreements and fees.
Excellent written, verbal, telephone and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

New Business Development: identify prospective clients, map decision-makers, execute prospecting campaigns, conduct discovery conversations, present services, prepare proposals and negotiate terms.
Account Management & Growth: serve as primary client contact, build executive relationships, develop account plans, identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain regular communication.
Recruiting Team Partnership: obtain job requirements, confirm interview steps, coordinate submissions and feedback, share market insights.
Sales Operations & Accountability: maintain CRM records, manage billing queries, keep pipeline and forecasts, meet sales goals.
