Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a recruiter with high energy and a strong work ethic for a permanent, full-time internal role. The recruiter will conduct interviews, build candidate pools, and deliver exceptional service to clients and temporary staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in sales, human resources, or service industries recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary staff.
• Perform resume searches and fulfill client orders in a timely manner.
• Maximize billable hours to increase market share and branch profits.
• Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and develop partnerships.
