Job summary

VIP Staffing is seeking a Staffing Recruiter in Wisconsin to manage full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, interview and pre-screen candidates, and coordinate job orders with temporary associates and the recruiting team. You will oversee daily recruiting tasks to provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance.

This fast-paced, high-volume office requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with a 40-hour workweek and flexibility to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill assigned customer requests for staff, including reporting, arrival calls or check-ins, and additional tasks required to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate daily with the recruiting team to prioritize orders and receive status updates on active openings.
• Partner with management and team members on special customer requests and escalated issues.
• Ensure accuracy of job orders and assignments in the ATS, including pay rates, markups, workers' compensation codes, job details, and start/end dates.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to customers and temporary associates within established guidelines; escalare when necessary.
• Provide daily and/or weekly reporting to management, staff, and customers as assigned.
• Maintain daily documentation in the ATS to record activity and correspondence.
• Participate in scheduled weekly meetings and additional meetings as required by management or customers.
