Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee in Wisconsin to own the full recruiting lifecycle from meeting managers to sourcing and screening candidates. You will build relationships, coach consultants for interviews, and manage the candidate lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

The role offers a comprehensive 13-week training, rapid earning potential with base salary after training and performance-based incentives, including quarterly bonuses and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
