Job summary

Egon Zehnder is seeking a detail-oriented staffing associate to manage a busy staffing inbox, databases, and staffing tools in our Atlanta-based US Central Staffing team. You will track requests, provide 24-hour responses, and keep records up to date while prioritizing by urgency.

You will coordinate with Research Leaders and the Research/Consultant Teams to assign researchers to projects, handle ad hoc tasks, and support staffing-related initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized staffing inbox, automated database, and staffing tools; respond within 24 hours and track requests by priority.
• Coordinate staffing for projects by aligning Researchers with client and business needs, development and availability.
• Communicate delays and provide real-time status updates; escalate and resolve ad hoc requests as they arise.
