Qualifications

• Exceptional process and detail orientation; results-driven creative thinker.
• At least intermediate proficiency in MS Suite (especially Excel, Lists, Teams).
• Openness and flexibility to work with all types of personalities in a constantly moving and often changing environment.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high volume, high touch, high impact situations.
• Flexibility and ability to respond to and address ad hoc requests that don't necessarily follow structure.
• Prior experience in staffing is nice to have but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Staffing inbox/database/tools: Maintain an organized and busy staffing inbox, automated database, and various staffing tools. Ensure a response/resolution rate within 24 hours by tracking, managing, and resolving incoming requests and outgoing responses efficiently based on priority and status.
• Project staffing: Communicate with Research Leaders to assign Researchers to projects that align with client and business needs, Researchers' majors/minors, their development, capacities, and availability.
