Job summary

You will collaborate with Research Leaders to assign Researchers to assignments that match client needs and researchers' availability, and coordinate with Research and Consultant teams for real-time follow-ups and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Exceptional process and detail orientation; results-driven creative thinker.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Lists, Teams).
• Able to work with diverse personalities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in staffing is a plus but not required.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized staffing inbox, database, and staffing tools, ensuring timely responses.
• Track and resolve requests within 24 hours; update status in real time.
• Coordinate with Research Leaders to assign Researchers to projects.
• Collaborate with Research and Consultant Teams for timely follow-ups.
• Escalate ad hoc requests and support staffing-related projects as needed.
