Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a detail-oriented Resource Operations Associate to support staffing for the DHS program. You will track vacancies, coordinate candidate pipelines, and monitor EOD submission packages, delivering weekly and monthly staffing updates.

The role is onsite at a CACI facility in National Harbor, MD, three days per week, collaborating with the Program Manager, VCS Lead, HR, recruiters, partners, and the DHS customer to meet mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) + 3+ years in HR, staffing coordination, or admin operations.
• Strong proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; highly organized.
• Ability to obtain EOD for a DHS position; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing operations and workforce planning across tasks under the Program Manager and VCS Lead.
• Prepare and submit weekly Vacancy Report and monthly Staffing Report with accuracy.
• Process EOD submissions, follow up with stakeholders, and track position status.
• Assist with job requisitions and interview coordination with recruiters and partners.
