• Provide onsite governance and executive‑level support to OUSW(R&E) leadership.
• Oversee daily operations, improve processes, map workflows, and allocate resources.
• Develop staff assignments, SOPs, and knowledge-management tools to improve coordination.
• Lead project planning artifacts, meetings, and cross‑functional synchronization.
