Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical management and leadership in front office operations within government or military environments.
• Experience in workflow management, process improvement, and organizational efficiency.
• Strong skills in project planning and management with artifacts, schedules, and status reports.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and resource allocation.
• Mastery of MS Office tools.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management, leadership, and executive‑level support to the front office operations of senior leadership.
• Oversee daily operations, optimize processes, map workflows, and allocate resources.
• Develop and track assignments, design organizational support systems, and implement knowledge management technologies.
• Create standard operating procedures to improve performance and mission alignment.
• Lead project planning, artifacts, meetings, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Support government clients with structured decision‑making frameworks and strategic planning.
