Ron's Staffing Services is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to oversee temporary workers for a third-party client at an Illinois site. The role ensures staffing levels, supports daily operations, and maintains safety and compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to communicate with staff and management.

You will manage check-in/out, conduct orientations, assign workers, and monitor performance. Strong safety focus and collaboration with branch offices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of staffing or onsite coordination experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/timekeeping systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily check-in/check-out of all temporary employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts; coordinate with branch offices for last-minute replacements or call-ins.
• Conduct orientation for new temps assigned at the job site, including workplace rules and job expectations.
• Assign workers to appropriate departments based on skill, certifications, and production needs.
• Monitor work performance and relay feedback or concerns to the agency.
• Ensure all temps complete required safety training before beginning work.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor safe work practices and PPE compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for safety questions, concerns, and issue escalation.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions related to temporary staff.
• Track and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Act as the onsite liaison between the staffing agency and third-party
• Participate in daily/weekly production and safety meetings.
• Communicate policy updates, shift changes, job expectations, and performance issues to temps.
• Bilingual preferred
